This £10m centre, opened in February 2003, is home to the faculty of Construction and
Engineering. More than 3,400 learners attend this centre, which runs the largest range
of construction courses in the region and holds CoVE status in both building services and
construction crafts and professional trades.

The Liverpool Construction Crafts Guild is a unique partnership between the college
and the private sector which is making a major contribution to the city's regeneration.
With financial support from the Learning and Skills Council and Neighbourhood Renewal
funds the college has extended the construction facilities to meet the ever increasing
demand for training.
Engineering courses include mechanical and electrical engineering and motor vehicle
engineering.
There is also a community programme with beginner level English, maths and IT and
a 'College First' programme which is being developed with local communities.
The Sport, exercise and fitness courses are offered from entry level to national
diploma and A-level.
