There are 19 members of the Board including the Principal. The Board meets 7 times a year and is responsible for overseeing the mission and activities of the College and ensuring effective strategic management and use of resources.
The membership includes governors from a wide range of backgrounds such as local authority, business and community. There are two staff governors, nominated and elected by staff, as well as two student governors. The work of the Board is supported by 4 Committees: Audit; Finance, Estates & General Purposes; Remuneration; Search & Governance.
Board agenda, papers and minutes are available for public inspection in the Learning Resource Centres at Bankfield Road, the Learning Exchange and Vauxhall Road.
