4.1	Minutes from governing body, council, academic boards and steering groups [?]	Minutes* and papers of Governing Body meetings and Steering Groups etc. (board minutes and committee minutes) A small number of minutes are confidential due to Data Protection and Commercial Sensitivity issues. Very occasionally papers presented to or minutes of other meetings will be identified as confidential but the reasons for this will be given, including the date of review or release.
