School of Access to Higher Education
Welcome to the School of Access to Higher Education, and to the start of your academic journey to university. All of our Access to HE Diplomas are quality checked by the QAA (Quality Assurance Agency) who are the same institution who oversee the quality of university provision.
In all our courses, you can expect tutors who are inspirational, professional and diligent, with experience in both teaching Access and experience of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The ethos of our school is to ensure every student feels valued and supported, and that you enjoy your time studying with us. As a student within our school, you'll have full access to the wider college network should you need any additional support. From learning needs, financial needs, or emotional support we have staff who will help you succeed in your course.
We have high expectations of all our students, so you can expect to be challenged in your studies and stretched to new academic levels of knowledge and understanding. This will help you succeed to your full potential in your time with us, and will stand you in good stead for the demands of higher education.
