Widening Participation (MNCO)

The Careers Advice and Guidance (CA&G) team is available to attend careers/progression events throughout the academic year. In addition to this, potential students can book guidance appointments on college premises with an experienced adviser.

Appointments

Our qualified careers advisers offer professional, confidential advice and guidance to prospective applicants to the college and current students.

What to expect

You can talk to careers advisers who will:

  • look at your previous experience and any qualifications you have
  • discuss your future aims and career ideas
  • agree an action plan of your next steps and give you a copy to take home
  • help you to apply for a course online during your appointment, if appropriate
  • direct you to other colleges, voluntary organisations or employers
  • provide information on courses, careers and other options.

The team is available at the following locations and times:

Learning Exchance, Roscoe Street (L1 9DW)

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 4.30pm

(alternate Mon/Wed evenings untill 6.30pm)

 

Vauxhall Road (L3 6BN)

Tues and Thurs: 9.00am - 4.30pm

Wednesday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
