Commencing in September the NHS Business & Admin Apprenticeship programme will allow successful recruits (aged 16-18) an opportunity to develop their Business & Admin skills within one of the office departments of Liverpool Primary Care NHS Trust (LPCT) in Liverpool. The programme includes focussing on skills development at Liverpool Community College’s Bankfield centre complemented with real work experience within one of the LPCT offices. Apprentices will work alongside NHS professionals gaining valuable Business & Administration experience and competencies.

Apprentices can progress onto a Level 3 business qualification or will have the option to be referred to the Skills Academy for Health Employment progression programme which assists graduates of the programme to access NHS & other employment opportunities.
