Vacancy Description   

 

We are a large care organisation located in the Broad Green area of Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a role in marketing administration and/or IT communications within our marketing unit.

 

The role is to provide effective and efficient marketing, communications and administration support to the organisation.

Duties will include general clerical and receptionist cover.

You would be expected to project a professional company image through in-person, electronic and phone interaction. Main duties will be:

 

  • To assist with all marketing and communications administrative tasks including updating the website, intranet and social media accounts
  • To assist with the accurate entry and monitoring of information for the Marketing and Communications team.
  • To prepare and send out marketing packs as and when required
  • To support with filing, photocopying, stationery ordering, etc
  • To assist in the facilitation of meetings and take minutes as required
  • To provide cover for reception when necessary
  • To assist in the creation, maintenance and continual improvement of office systems and databases, both in hard copy and electronic format
  • Responsible for own personal learning and development
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workfrorce
  • Maintain confidentiality

Training to be Provided

 

Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.

12-15 Months

Future Prospects   

 

There may be the possibility of a full-time, permanent position on successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
