Thank you for your enquiry about EFL classes at Liverpool Community College.

Liverpool Community College is a Further Education College for students aged over 16 years to study all types of vocational, academic and professional courses. We are one of the biggest colleges in the UK with 6 sites and a unique new learning centre to support all your IT, research and learning needs to open in 2011.

We have been providing EFL courses for 30 years. Our College has been graded as Excellent twice in OFSTED (government) inspections. We also hold the Highly Trusted Status with the UK Border Agency.

Liverpool is an excellent place for study as it is a small and compact city of half a million people. It is safer than most of the other major cities in the UK and it is cheaper to live in the north of England. It is only 2 hours by train to London and less than hour to the beauty of North Wales, The Lake district or the city of Manchester.

Liverpool has excellent facilities to receive students as there are also three universities. It was European Capital of Culture in 2008 and has many events and festivals throughout the year. There are six theatres, five museums, three art galleries and a new performance arena.
