The City of Liverpool College is working in partnership with The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) to offer a programme of activities to young people, centred around the skills needed for careers in the hospitality sector.

The activities focus on teaching young people - who have shown an interest in a career in the hospitality industry - all about the standards required in food, cooking and service.  The programme also sets out to recognise and reward talent and skill and provide career opportunities within the industry.

RACA, whose membership includes leading chefs, restaurant managers and suppliers to the industry, is using its positive influence to help shape and secure a stronger future for the hospitality industry in the Liverpool City Region.

To book a place on the programme for learners of school age, contact claire.powell@liv-coll.ac.uk for an appointment.
