All records held by The City of Liverpool College are maintained in compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. 

The College is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a provider of education and training.  By applying to enrol on a course of study, you consent to the College processing personal data relating to you, including sensitive personal data, in accordance with the College’s registration, statutory requirements and conditions set by funding bodies.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have a right to a copy of any data we hold about you.  If you would like a copy of this data you should apply, in writing, to:

Data Breach

A data breach equates to the loss or disclosure of student/staff personal data in paper or electronic format or the loss/theft of equipment (mobile phone/laptop etc) on which the data is stored.

In the event of a data breach, please contact the Data Breach Team via email at the following address – databreach@liv-coll.ac.uk. Please complete the Data Breach form with details of the breach and attach it to your email.
