This course provides a foundation in the basic elements of employment law. It enables delegates to handle employment issues which arise on a regular basis, in a positive and professional manner.

Areas covered in the course include: ‘Employment Status’; ‘Good Working Practices’; ‘The Disciplinary and Grievance Process’; and ‘Dismissal’.

The course is designed for managers with responsibility for following their organisation's policies and procedures. No previous experience in the subject is required
