Described by its customers as a hidden gem, The Academy Restaurant is located on Tradewind Square off Duke Street amidst the backdrop of Liverpool’s historic RopeWalks area.

Relax in the tranquil setting of our professional salons, as young graduates complete the final stages of training through valuable work experience.
THE ACADEMY BAKERY
The Academy Bakery’s purpose built facilities provide our talented bakers and confectioners with a commercially run environment in which to hone their techniques.
BREAD & MORE
The Bread & More idea is new to the college with about 15 students directly employed in it through the learning company. Another 70, though, could obtain occasional paid work through Bread & More.
