The support we offer to learners with physical disabilities or medical conditions
is available in a variety of ways:
- All learners receive an assessment of need which identifies the support
required for each individual learner e.g. adaptation to a computer i.e. tracker
ball, special keyboard or a height adjustable desk/table.
- An educational support worker can assist in the classroom with practical
tasks such as note taking and/or re-enforcing instructions given by the tutor.
- Support is available from qualified care staff, which includes personal care,
assistance to and from transport and during lunchtimes and breaks. We also offer
an assisted transport scheme which is dependent on your circumstances. Please
