Application for Reassessment of Fees

The application form is not to be used for Overseas Students studying on a student visa
Before completing the application form please read the
Reassessment of Course Fees Policy document,
as you will need to identify a category under which you feel you qualify for a
reassessment of fees.
How to complete the form
- Complete all necessary personal and course details.
- Identify the category (as detailed in the Reassessment of Course Fees Policy),
under which you are applying for a reassessment and give details of the reason for your request.
- State your last date of attendance or date of change in circumstances.
- Sign and date the statement.
- Ensure that any necessary supporting documentation is enclosed with your application form.
For applications in all categories send your original receipt and your completed application form
together with any supporting evidence to -
