Advanced Apprenticeship

• Key/Functional Skills IT Level 2

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business & Administration

This NVQ course is appropriate for people who are already in post and want to prove they are competent at what they do or wish to raise their level of practice to national standards. The level at which you will study will be determined by your job role.

KEY AREAS:

Mandatory Units:

* Carry out your responsibilities at work

* Work within your business environment

Optional Units:

* Each level offers a number of optional units to be taken (3 optional units must be taken)

An assessor is assigned to each student to provide guidance and support throughout the programme. Assessment is carried out in the workplace. Meetings with assessors are approximately 3 weekly. These meetings are logged for monitoring purposes in accordance with college policy.

Candidates have 6 months to complete the qualification from the time of their registration with the awarding body, Edexcel.
