Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain experience within business administration. The role will see and apprentice work across various departments (Quality, Procurement & Customer Service) in an administrative capacity.

Full Description

To provide effective and efficient administrative support in a professional manner to the business.

Duties will include:

  • Admin support to internal departments
  • Deal with inbound customer service queries and escalating to the appropriate department
  • Answering phones (transferring calls or taking messages)
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Data input into quality and procurement systems
  • Creation and Management of Quality Manuals
  • Additional support across the business as and when required
  • Prepare meeting rooms for customer visits
  • Collecting and sorting of post

Working Week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours may vary)

  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Customer service skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Team work

Desired Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Maths and English (tuition to reach Level 2 will be provided if needed)

Future Prospects

Successful apprentices may be able to progress onto a full time position with the company.
