Number of positions (1)

Working week – Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

Weekly wage – £136.50

Expected apprenticeship duration – 12 months


Cybertill is a cloud-based retail software provider, which incorporates point of sale (commonly referred to as EPoS), ecommerce, stock control, CRM, Merchandising and Warehousing modules. Cybertill’s headquarters are in Knowsley, near Liverpool, in the UK.


Cybertill Ltd are looking for somebody who can be left to manage their workload, enthusiastic and not afraid to pick up the phone. Ideally somebody who is keen to progress into account management one day. As you can imagine not all calls are from happy customers therefore the ideal candidate will need to be confident and empathetic too.

Duties to include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with processing orders for new and existing business
  • Dealing with inbound calls from our existing customer base and liaising with Key Account Managers to relay messages
  • Processing of all consumables orders and providing daily updates to department Team Leader
  • Putting together quotations for urgent orders in the absence of the Account Management Team
  • Working with the internal sales team and assisting with various admin duties to aid them in their role
  • Post duties
  • Meeting room notices when clients arrive

GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths, English and ICT.

Potential of a full-time position upon completion.

Things to consider

Our offices are rather remote, please consider this with application. A willingness to learn to drive would be desirable.

On occasion the candidate would be left to work unsupervised, someone who would be happy with this is key.


Training to be provided

  • Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Administration
  • Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
