Lettings Assistant

Overview

Supporting the agency team with day to day management of the student property portfolio including viewings and other off site work.

Full Description

The full range of business administration activities and supporting all members of the agency team. The work is varied and seasonal through the year as the student rental cycle progresses.

Qualifications: Good GCSE grades in Maths, English and a range of other subjects.

Personal Qualities: To progress in the role working with the agency team you must be enthusiastic, motivated, approachable, presentable, willing to learn and be able to communicate well verbally with all ages in a variety of situations. Good written communication is also important to succeed in the role.

Skills Required: Service/Team Leader Computer literate with knowledge of what customer service meas

Future Prospects: Will there be an opportunity for future study? Full time Lettings Administrator position will be available for a successful apprenticeship

Other Things to Consider (optional): Driving licence would be useful but not essential.
