Overview

The Business Admin Apprentice is responsible for supporting the business with sales administration including preparing quotation and tender documentation, assisting the service administrators with planning the service engineers workloads, liaising with customers and any other ad hoc requirements.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Business Admin Apprentice is responsible for supporting the business with sales administration including preparing quotation and tender documentation, assisting the service administrators with planning the service engineers workloads, liaising with customers and any other ad hoc requirements, providing support to the office manager with office administration and answering inbound calls and assisting managers with day to day administration such as project managers and the finance manager.

Through effective organisation the Business Admin Apprentice will be competent in prioritising tasks that have been assigned to them and have a proactive can do approach to tasks always looking to go the extra mile. The Business Admin apprentice will be competent talking on the telephone and delivering messages to the team ensuring all relevant details are passed on to the team.

The Business Admin Apprentice will be a steward of the AinsCo culture throughout their apprenticeship taking ownership of their own development and progression through their associated training.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Admin support to sales team, printing tender documentation, acquiring quotations, preparing folders
  • Supporting the service department with the planning and administration of service customers, assigning work to engineers and following up with customers
  • Office administration, filing and secretarial duties, answering calls and delivering messages to the team
  • Organisation and responsiveness to customer enquiries
  • Administration support to project management team and finance team were required

Working Week: Monday to Friday
