This course is designed for students who are currently employed or seeking employment in the Hospitality Sector and wish to develop their qualifications and skills.
The course follows a 2 year Apprenticeship Framework and includes NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery, technical certificates and Functional Skills.
Attendance at college is for 1 day per week and the other 4 days working for the employer. The apprenticeships will be based in Catering

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership
16-18 year olds may apply, ideally the student will need to be employed in catering sector. We have a limited number of employer opportunities for those not in work.
All students will be required to sit an initial assessment and achieve level 1 in English and maths (GCSE D-E standard).
