Course information
This course is designed to introduce adults to basic digital skills within IT. No prior knowledge of digital skills is required, as we provide you with the tools and resources to start your digital journey.You will learn how to navigate around a computer and how to search for topics and jobs using the internet. You will also learn how to set up an email account and how to use this to support employment and how to use basic skills using Microsoft Word and Excel. The skills that you will learn from this course will allow you to progress to a L1 Functional Skill in IT and other courses within the school of Computer Science and Digital.
