Course information
This course is designed to equip you with the skills and tools required in a digital world. Most jobs today use some aspect of IT, from basic to extensive. The E3 and L1 functional skills in IT will allow you to progress to Level 2 courses, and will support you in the world of work.
You will learn how to use computer hardware and software applications, open and save different types of files and use and change passwords. You will also search web-based sources of information and understand the need to stay safe and respect others when using IT based communication. This course is an excellent starter for those interested in developing existing IT and digital skills.
Please note that this course is aimed at unemployed adults.
