Pattern Cutting (Short Course)

Course information

This course is designed for beginners who wish to learn the basics of pattern cutting. You will learn the basic principles and then apply these to the production of your own blocks and learn how to make a basic pattern. Students will be provided with pattern cutting paper and will be able to use specialist equipment from the College.
This is a full cost course costing £140
The course runs on a Wednesday evening from 6-9pm for 5 weeks.

This course leads to...

Progression to other leisure programmes offered during the evening or full time daytime provision, for example in Fashion or Costume.

Entry Requirements

No entry requirements although sewing skills would be desirable. This is a full cost course
