The Access to Higher Education Diploma is a level three qualification which prepares people without traditional qualifications for study at university. The course is structured to allow students to develop both knowledge of their subjects and the academic skills to progress to university.
The combination of subjects will allow you to build up an extensive knowledge in all three of the core science subjects. In addition to this you will be able to develop your academic and subject skills in a supportive environment, which will allow you to make the transition to degree level.
You will have access to outstanding academic and pastoral support, detailed online materials and the full Microsoft 365 suite during your studies.
The course is taught at the Clarence Street building, takes one academic year (September to the end of June) and is taught over 3 days.
IMPORTANT: You must be aged 19 or over to be able to study on an Access programme.
