Click on ‘enrolment’ tab to view results.

Some students may find that their passwords have been reset automatically over the summer break. If your usual password does not work when you are trying to access ProPortal, this likely means your password has been reset. If this is the case, your new password will be your date of birth with an ‘@’ at the beginning and ‘s’ at the end in the format @DDMMYYs. For example, if you were born 23 May 2001 your new password would be @230501s . Please try this first, and if you are still unable to log in, contact the IT Helpdesk on

Additional results information

Following recent government announcements, it has been confirmed that students will now receive centre assessed grades. Awarding bodies have confirmed that students will receive their centre assessed results, or the awarding body amended result, whichever is the highest.

Disappointed with your exam results?

If you haven’t gained the grades you expected, it’s important to stay calm and seek advice.  There are often other options available to you, and in some cases, universities may still consider your application, even with lower grades.

The Careers Advice and Guidance Team are here to offer you impartial advice and discuss a range of alternative options for you to consider.

You can get in touch Mon-Fri 9.00-4.00pm on 0151 252 3607 /

Please note: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, awarding bodies have delayed the release of certificates until centres have reopened.
