The information you supply is used by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, an executive agency of the Department for Education (DfE), to issue you with a Unique Learner Number (ULN) and to create your Personal Learning Record, as part of the functions of the DfE. To support you throughout your studies, we may also ask for more detailed information about yourself. In this case, we will ask for your consent to record and use this information.
The College is registered with the Information Commissioners Office as a provider of education and training. All records held by the College are processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which governs our responsibilities in collecting, storing and using your information.

A data breach equates to the loss or disclosure of student/staff personal data in paper or electronic format, or the loss/theft of equipment (mobile phone/laptop etc) on which the data is stored.
