Artisan Bread Making — 1 Day Course

Course information

This course is suitable for anyone, novice or experienced in bread making skills, who wish to develop the skills of the Artisan. The course will include:
• Traditional rustic bread
• Sour doughs
• Continental Breads
• Decorative bloomers
• Sweet doughs
Please note this is a full cost course - all materials are included. One day £80 per person (this includes: tuition, food costs and certification)
