Our Pre-Access courses are suitable for anyone considering returning to education, with a view to going onto higher education. It’s ideal if you need to have the grades now necessary to secure your place at university after completing a level three Access to HE course at The City of Liverpool College.
These programmes have been designed via pathways, which will help you progress into your desired future career. They are also designed for students who might be returning to education after a long break, and feel uncertain about going straight into a level three programme.
For Pre access, students study maths and English GCSE alongside their level two health course. Pre Access science students have the option to study four or five GCSEs which include Maths, English, Biology and Chemistry along with the option of Physics.
Our Pre-Access courses will also ensure you feel confident, progressing into your Access programme and then onto higher education.
