Disabled Student Allowance (DSA) for HE

The College welcomes applicants with disabilities and is proactive both in anticipating needs, and in making reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled students are welcomed and treated fairly.

You do not have to tell us about a disability, but we positively welcome disclosure at any point during your studies. Informing us will ensure that any necessary support from disability specialists or teaching staff can be put in place.

As a disabled higher education student, you may be eligible for the Disabled Student Allowance (DSA). This is a grant that can help to meet any extra course costs you may face as a result of your disability, an ongoing health condition, a mental health condition or a specific learning difference.

We offer advice and financial support with DSA assessments and the £200 contribution towards DSA computer equipment.
